Phone Buttons Not Working Properly? Bring It In for an Assessment

A phone can be frustrating to use when a button sticks, feels loose or stops responding. Whether you’re having trouble with the power button or the volume controls, SNR Guelph and SNR Fergus can discuss the problem with you.

Describe what’s happening

When you bring in your phone, tell us which button is affected and what you’ve noticed. For example:

  • Does the button feel stuck or difficult to press?
  • Does it respond sometimes but not every time?
  • Did the problem start after a drop or another incident?
  • Is there a case or accessory involved?

If you know your phone’s make and model, bring that information along too. You don’t need to identify the cause before visiting.
